Customer Service Executive
Temporary to Permanent - Full Time
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and capable Customer Service professional to join this company on a permanent basis. You will be expected to contribute to the efficient and smooth day to day operation of a busy customer care team, delivering a professional and efficient customer care and advice service for all queries relating to the purchase of the company products. Duties will include: Ensuring that customer order intake levels are monitored and acted upon, notifying customers of delivery problems and ensuring that any complaints are dealt with promptly and to the customer’s satisfaction. The position will suit an individual who is happy to work in a customer focussed role via the telephone alongside additional administrative duties such as amending orders and updating the database. A full UK driving licence is required for the position and the role is offered on a temporary to permanent basis.
