Quality Coordinator/Surveyor
Permanent Full-Time
This is an opportunity for a talented surveyor reporting to the partner, with experience of estimating new and refurbishment schemes, condition surveys, and project management. To assist in further development of this important area of service to our clients Experience of AutoCAD MRICS Qualified, Building Surveyor and Estimating The main duties and responsibilities are as follows:- Convert emailed information from surveyors into system orders, valuations etc. Organise and send out tender enquiries Create and maintain Health and Safety sub-contract files [Risk assessments, method statements insurances etc.] Assist in co-ordination of commercial department and organise post distribution, maintain filing systems Distribute revised drawings to sub-contractors and maintain register Assist the Surveyors in completing VCR/ELF Prepare payments for authorisation as directed Assist in the preparation of site measures Attend meetings as required Assist surveyors with their duties The ideal candidate will have the following background:- Computer literate especially excel and word. Excellent interpersonal skills Self organised with ability to multi task.
